The first time I entered the competition was in middle school. At that time, I was so proud of myself, I used to think that I am the best! But when I failed to go into the countryside competition, I couldn’t believe my own eyes. Suddenly I know: you should work hard to prove that you are good at English instead of feeling good about yourself.

　　With regret I join the competition again, first the article match and then the impromptu speech. During those hard but happy days, I get to know that English is such a beautiful language which full of energy. It’s easy to learn but if you don’t put your heart in it, English won’t become a tool you need but a confused subject you take at school.

　　My choice is to make English and the experience it brought to me became a treasure and power in my life. What about you?
