[教学过程]

 1．一年来同学们在英语学习过程中遇到的问题

1)        单词:主要表现为单词记不牢,词汇量小。

2)         语法:不能灵活运用。

3)         听力:跟不上。

4)         阅读:速度慢,读不懂文章。

2.         学习英语的一些技巧和方法

1)        单词记忆方法。

  母子关系记忆法：

 (释义) hear这个单词可以分解为h+ear,词中有ear(耳朵)一词,如果没有耳朵能听到吗?这样hear就记住了。这就如同我们中国人学汉语,记汉字也不是一笔一划的记,而是把汉字分解成中字,例如“的”字就是由“白”和“勺”组成的.记hear实际上就是记汉字的方法,hear叫母词,ear叫子词。这种利用单词的包含关系即母子关系进行记忆的方法叫母子关系记忆法。(示例)heat这个单词可以分解为h‐e‐a‐t由四个记忆单位组成,也可以分解成h-eat只有两个记忆单位组成.

多感官记忆法:

(释义)要想记住、记牢单词,就得集中注意力.背单词不仅要口念,必须做到“眼到,手到,口到,耳到,脑到”。这种方法能使人的精力集中,是一种最简单,最方便,最适合同学操作的方法.

(注意)在记忆一课单词时,不能只进行一次.较好的是每天进行2-3次,每次5分钟左右.

2)       学习英语的方法—闭眼学英语

学语法的方法:尽可能多地背会各种包含语法结构的句子,最好做到在遇到类似情况时脱口而出.

学单词的方法:用这个单词造出多个句子,训练把这多个句子在场景中脱口而出,句子记住了,单词也得到了充分理解和长期记忆.

复习的方法:听!录音带中的词汇,句子和语法结构都来源于英语课文。

学听说的方法:听说能力的养成不是一天两天的事,必须多听,耳熟能详,听力上去了,说的能力也随之形成。

综上,跟着我们的录音带去听,并跟着记跟着说,是学习英语的一个好方法。

3． 提高阅读理解的技巧

    1）重视基础知识。

要掌握英语语法，拥有大量词汇，还包括大量的短语动词、习惯用语和固定搭配、以及一定的背景知识。

    2）掌握阅读技巧。

       ☆掠读：又称“浏览”或“略读”，就是很快浏览全文以抓住文章梗概。关键是找主题句（能概括全段大意的句子）。

☆寻读：又称扫描法，即快速扫视几行，一段或全篇文章。寻读应放在掠读之后，可降低搜索的盲目性。

☆用上下文线索猜词义。

☆学会根据课文情境在字典中找出单词的恰当词义。

The World’s Favorite Game

What is the world’s favorite game? In America, people call it soccer, but in other parts of the world it is football.

Football is an old game in Europe and South America. Countries like Italy, Spain, and Argentina have long football histories and hundreds of thousands of fans. For mang fans, their football club is part of their lives. They wear their club’s colours and sing their club’s songs and watch every game their team plays.

Did you know that women’s football in China is older than football in Europe and South America? There are pictures of women playing football at the time of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Today, there are thousands of women players in the Chinese Football Association. The best of them play professionally.

One of the oldest competitions in the world is the F.A.Cup in England. Teams from 600 clubs play in it. Big clubs in this competition are Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal. These clubs have fans in China and in countries all over the world. Manchester United even has a TV station called MUTV!

The most successful team in China is the women’s national team. Their fans call them the Steel Roses. Look at their history in the box on the left.
